1. What services does Digimetics offer?
We deliver a range of services spanning:
- Data & Compliance Governance (e.g., frameworks aligned to GDPR, HIPAA, NZ Privacy Act 2020)
- AI Governance & Ethical AI Policy design
- Test Governance and Software Testing (including ISTQB-based training)
- Blockchain Technology consulting, technical enablement & digital-assets trading education
- Use-case development, consulting & advisory, and organisational training programmes
These allow organisations to “future-proof” business operations by embedding trust, compliance and
agility into their data and software lifecycles.
2. Who is your target audience / which industries do you serve?
Our services cater to organisations across industries including telecom, government,
transport, public services, banking & finance — essentially any enterprise needing to strengthen data
governance, testing practices or digital-asset readiness.
3. Do you provide investment or trading advice on digital assets?
No. Although we offer consulting and educational programmes on digital-assets
trading and regulation, we explicitly do not act as financial advisors, brokers or investment managers.
We do not manage client funds, provide trading or investment recommendations, or handle custody of
assets. Our role is educational and technical — helping you understand the ecosystem and associated
risks.
4. I’m a small business/start-up — can you help me?
Yes. Whether you’re a mid‐sized enterprise or a start-up, we structure our
advisory/training services to align with your scale and needs. We’ll work with you to assess your
maturity, define governance frameworks, and deliver training or modular solutions tailored accordingly.
5. How does your training work (for software testing / ISTQB / blockchain)?
Our training programmes combine theory with hands-on practical examples. For
software testing (ISTQB-based), we cover: core principles, test design & execution, automation & tools,
non-functional testing and certification preparation. For blockchain and digital assets, we include
fundamentals, wallet/exchange mechanisms, risk-aware strategies, and regulatory/ compliance awareness.
6. What are the first steps if I want to engage you?
Step 1: Schedule an appointment or contact us so we can understand your current environment, challenges
and goals.
Step 2: We conduct an assessment or workshop (e.g., compliance readiness, governance maturity).
Step 3: We provide a tailored proposal outlining scope, deliverables, training modules, timelines and
costs.
Step 4: Implementation, training or advisory begins — with regular checkpoints and governance metrics.
7. How do you ensure data & compliance security?
We follow secure best‐practices: data masking, zero-trust architecture, secure
test-data management, incident-response planning and automated compliance reporting. We align with
recognised standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 42001 for AI governance) and tailor frameworks to your
industry/regulatory obligations.
8. What makes Digimetics different from other consultancies?
- We emphasise capacity-building — we invest in your team’s capability rather than simply
delivering one-off reports.
- We blend technical training and advisory with deep domain expertise in data governance, test
governance and emerging tech (AI/blockchain).
- We serve as a partner through transformation journeys — not just an external vendor.
9. What are your service terms & disclaimers?
Our services are educational, advisory and technical in nature. They do not
constitute financial, investment or legal advice. Clients remain responsible for their own financial
decisions. Our role is to inform, advise and upskill, but not to execute or manage client funds.
10. How can I contact or schedule an appointment?
You can fill out the “Schedule an Appointment” form on our website, or reach us via
email or phone (contact information is listed in the “Contact Us” section). We’ll respond to confirm and
setup an initial conversation.
11. Can you customise training or services for our industry/regulation?
Yes — we tailor programmes to your industry, jurisdiction and regulatory landscape. Whether your
requirement is GDPR in Europe, NZ Privacy Act 2020, HIPAA in healthcare, or banking/finance compliance,
we adapt our frameworks, training and consulting accordingly.
12. What kind of organisations have you worked with / what is your partner
network?
We collaborate with leading organisations and partners — for example, Visio Conic
LLC and others — to bring combined expertise in consulting, technology and training. Our work spans
multiple geographies and industry sectors.
13. How do you measure success / outcomes for your services?
Success metrics may include: improved compliance readiness, reduced risk exposure,
improved test-governance maturity, faster time-to-value for data initiatives, fewer data incidents, and
improved team capability/training certification attainment. We will agree on KPIs upfront.
14. What happens if regulations change?
We support ongoing governance frameworks, training refreshers and compliance updates
so you stay ahead of evolving regulations or business models. Change readiness is part of our
methodology
15. Are the training programmes eligible for certifications?
For software testing we align with the International Software Testing Qualifications
Board (ISTQB) foundation and advanced levels. For other areas (AI governance, blockchain), while formal
certification may vary, our programmes prepare participants for recognized industry standards and
best-practice application.
